Sub-Floor Moisture Sensor Controller
- In the event of ‘high level’ or fluid detected in the drip tray or sub floor areas, the controller activates the alarm, pulse closes the valve, ensuring no further mains water enters the sink and chamber, and isolates power to the dishwasher, pump and boiling water unit, ensuring no further ‘inflow’ to the chamber occurs
- If power to the controller is lost or switched off, the valve is immediately closed.
Enclosure
- IP54 rated, polycarbonate enclosure with mounting brackets
- Low voltage control and input circuitry
- Pre-wired connections - No hard wiring needed
- Audible (buzzer) alarm
- Level alarm keypad interface, with:
- Indicator lights for power on and level alarm
- Audible alarm mute/reset/test button
- Shut-off controller PCB control module
- Single phase (230Vac) power supply
- Digital 12Vdc input for float switch
- Digital 12Vdc input for moisture sensing probe (2x inputs for FPC-12662-NDY2)
- 12Vdc output for solenoid valve
- 3x 10 or 15 Amp GPOs for supply to pump, boiling water unit and dishwasher
- BMS volt free output for common fault
- 3x 10 or 15 Amp 3 pin 1.5m power supply leads
- Magnetic float switch with 10m cable
- 20mm male/male 12Vdc pulse latching solenoid valve
- Moisture sensing probe (2x for FPC-12662-NDY2).
