MATelec Australia provides a standard 24-hour delivery time for Metropolitan and surrounding areas across Australia, and 48-hours delivery for Regional areas for orders placed before 4pm (Conditions apply - Pump & Motor Control products excluded). MATelec Australia enjoys the flexibility of a number of highly reputed carriers, allowing majority of all wholesalers to enjoy such delivery times regardless of their location. MATelec Australia is able to provide alternative delivery inside these periods for situations where needed.
The warehouse from which the order is to be dispatched, is dependent on location and stock availability. Every product dispatched from MATelec Australia warehouses is carefully picked and packed. Great pride is taken ensuring each and every product arrives at the wholesaler in perfect saleable condition and in a timely manner. Every order dispatched leaves MATelec Australia with weight details, number of boxes, carrier and consignment note number. In the event there is a query relating to delivery or freight, all are handled from Head Office in Shepparton.
Orders exceeding $300.00 are F.I.S (Conditions apply - Pump & Motor Control products excluded). Orders under this amount, will attract freight charges. Freight charges are clearly itemised on the invoice where freight is charged. Freight charges can vary from state to state. The option to nominate your preferred carrier is also available.
