When an Australian specialist in engineered thermal protection and monitoring systems required a custom control solution for an industrial project in Pakistan, they partnered with MATelec Australia to bring the concept to life.
Working collaboratively from design through manufacture, MATelec engineered and built twelve custom control panels to manage a sophisticated heat tracing system designed to prevent pipe freezing and maintain process flow in demanding operating conditions. The project required a highly reliable control solution capable of supporting an industrial heat tracing system operating in a demanding environment more than 11,000 kilometres from Australia. The panels needed to integrate seamlessly with specialist thermal protection equipment while delivering dependable performance, straightforward installation and long-term reliability in a critical process application.
Working closely with its Australian channel partner, MATelec Australia designed and manufactured twelve bespoke control panels tailored to the application's specific performance requirements. Through close collaboration between both engineering teams, the solution successfully integrated thermal protection and monitoring with robust industrial control, delivering a dependable system that helps prevent pipe freezing, maintain liquid flow and support continuous operation.
