Overview
The MATelec Australia Conductivity Relay provides versatile, reliable liquid-level control for tank filling, sump drainage, and other conductive-liquid applications.
Featuring selectable Pump Up and Pump Down modes, the relay supports both one-level switching and two-level start-and-stop control, delivering flexible operation across a range of installations.
Adjustable 5–100 kΩ sensitivity allows the relay to be configured for different conductive liquids, while an adjustable 0.5–10 second output delay helps minimise nuisance switching caused by turbulence, splashing, and brief probe contact.
Designed for easy switchboard integration, the relay features a universal 24–240 V AC/DC supply and compact, one-module DIN-rail housing. A changeover output provides additional flexibility for controlling alarms, solenoid valves, control circuits, and suitably rated contactors.
The Conductivity Relay also offers a practical modern alternative for many applications using discontinued MultiTrode MTR-style relays, subject to assessment and rewiring of existing installations.
