A MATelec AUSTRALIA INNOVATION
Built by Us, for Our Technology
Propitect® is a MATelec Australia developed platform, purpose-built to integrate seamlessly with our control systems, InterLINX® communication hardware and connected devices.
Unlike standalone software platforms, every component, including controllers, communication hardware, connected field devices and the cloud-based platform, is designed to work together, delivering a simpler, more reliable solution for remote monitoring and functional control.
REMOTE VISIBILITY
REMOTE VISIBILITY OF SYSTEM STATUS & PERFORMANCE
Access your connected assets from virtually anywhere through a single, cloud-based dashboard. View live system status, equipment performance, alarms, pump run hours and other key operational data in real time, giving you instant visibility without needing to be on site.
Whether you're managing a single asset or multiple locations, Propitect® keeps you connected to your systems wherever an internet connection is available.
Live Operational Data
Gain access to live operational information from connected assets through a single dashboard.
Instant Fault Alerts
Real-time alerts direct to the platform gives you peace of mind, knowing that you’ll be notified the moment an issue arises.
Historical Data Visibility
Monitor equipment status, run hours, historical trends, alarm history, and operational performance in real time.
PROACTIVE FAULT ALERTS & FASTER RESPONSE
Know Sooner. Respond Faster.
Propitect® sends instant fault notifications via SMS and email, alerting operators and service personnel the moment – or before, an issue occurs. Combined with live access to system status, alarms, telemetry, and operational data, faults can be assessed immediately without needing to visit site.
With greater visibility into asset performance, teams can identify potential issues sooner, prioritise maintenance, remotely control assets where required, and determine whether a site visit is actually necessary. The result is faster response times, reduced downtime, fewer unnecessary callouts, and more efficient management of assets across single or multiple sites.
"Being able to see what's going on with our system is great... we can see which alarm it's in; and we can guide the client how to get out of that alarm and get the system back up and running. It gives me peace of mind."
LOWER TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP
Reduced Site Visits & Attendance Costs
By identifying issues sooner and providing the information needed to assess and prioritise maintenance, Propitect® helps reduce unnecessary emergency callouts, minimise downtime, lower maintenance and travel costs, and enable more efficient, condition-based maintenance. Fewer site visits, faster fault resolution, and improved resource utilisation contribute to a lower total cost of asset ownership while making more effective use of service and maintenance resources.
