We accept credit card payments to be made over the phone.

You may also opt to place an order on your 30 day account if you wish to pay at a later date. The following methods may be used to settle your payment:

1. Credit Card (online or by phone)
2. Cheque
3. EFT bank transfer
4. BPay (The BPay number is found on the invoice and statement)

Yes. Any item that is not available at time of purchase will be back ordered until stock arrives. You will not be invoiced until the item is shipped. We do always try to proactively let you know if there are any backorders on your orders though.

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, MATelec Australia offers free shipping on all orders placed, with a minimum order cost of just $250ex GST (Conditions apply - Pump & Motor Control products excluded).
