Jockey/Jacking Pump Controller
MATelec Australia’s Jockey/Jacking Pump Controller is designed to provide control and status indication for a jockey/jacking pump, compliant with the current Australian Standards (AS 2941-2013: Section 5). Housed in a red powder coated metal enclosure, the controller features pump overload protection, a digital input for automatic pump control and an LCD screen/keypad interface with pump status indication, logged data and auto/off/manual control.
Enclosure
- IP54 rated, powder-coated mild steel enclosure with removable gland plate
- Mains power isolator switch (pad-lockable in the on position)
- Circuit breaker protected low voltage control and input circuitry
- Contactor and thermal overload protection of the pump
- Din rail-mounted terminal connections
- HMI with backlit LCD screen and keypad
- System and pump status overview screen
- Auto, off/reset and manual control buttons
- Logged data for start and fault counters, pump run hours
- Jacking pump controller PCB control module
- Config button for adjusting settings, resetting logged data
